Good Afternoon!

Once again Friday has rolled around at an unbelievable pace, we will soon be considering putting up the Christmas tree at this rate.

I must begin by saying how impressed (as I am always) I was this week with the children’s homework. The games are fantastic, the children have clearly spent a considerable amount of time making them, in addition to researching key information and facts. I look forward to sampling WW2 inspired dishes next week, if you are struggling for ideas, I found this website particularly helpful:

or for a very tasty carrot cake: https://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/croome/recipes/wartime-carrot-cake

The homework will link in very nicely to our theme work for next week which will commence with rationing on Monday.

I hope you all have an amazing weekend.
