Be creative when choosing your resources, you want it to be long lasting so if you have any card at home this will help it to be strong. If you don’t have any card you may have some left over cardboard from Christmas cereal boxes in your recycling that might be helpful.

If you are struggling for ideas as to how to shape your bookmark you may wish to Google bookmark template, although you do not need to print if off, just take a look at the shape. Be as creative as possible, using suitable colour this could involve using coloured pencils, felt-tip pens, crayons, paint, anything that you may have at home.

After you have completed your bookmark, I would like you to choose a book that you are going to read over the next couple of weeks. Please ensure that you read at least two chapters by Friday as it will link to another activity.
