What a week! The year 5’s have been unbelievable! It has been Design and Technology week this week and they have put their all into it. The pictures will be available on Twitter to have a sneak peak.
Over the half term I am going to give year 5 a bit of break, there will be some homework but not too much.

Homework:
I would like our class to complete at least an hour on TT Rockstar’s over the holidays. This will hugely benefit the children going into their next math unit.
As our next English unit is debate/argument writing I would like the children to pick a side and write an argument for the following:
- School starts at 7am and finishes at 1pm
- School starts at 10 and finishes at 5pm
The children should pick either 1 or 2 and write their argument which one they would like and why. When we get back into school we then as a class have an argument surrounding the subject.
