A work filled week for our year 5’s! Well done for the amount of effort you have put in! However unfortunately our reading score doesn’t reflect this with only 70%. Next week is our Design and Technology week where the children will be creating Mexican food dishes! These will all be available to buy at our summer fair on Friday next week!!
Our spellings have finished for the year so the Year 5’s do not have anything for this week.
Homework.
Can the children spend 20/25 minutes looking at recipes for a Mexican chilli dish, they need to understand the method, how to cook it and what they need to get prepared. This will help them next week when we are actually cooking the dish.
I would like 4 reads these need signatures! also at least 30 minutes on TT Rockstar’s before Wednesday.
