Highlights:
This week in year 5 has been super productive. The class have blown me away with how they have taken year 5 in their stride. This week we have been focusing on descriptive writing in English and their creative minds have been allowed to roam free! We also were introduced to the history topic of Tudors. I could not believe how much the children already knew!! Year 5 have jumped head first into the history topic and they are super excited to continue learning.

What’s happening next week:
Over the next few weeks year 5 will be about the children settling in, I want to make the classroom feel a comfortable and safe environment for the children and a place they enjoy coming. I want to ensure the children are learning every single day with a smile on their face.
Our P.E slots this week are Monday and Thursday so if they can please come in P.E kit these days.
