Class 4 have had another fantastic week ( it’s becoming a regular occurrence ). After a 96% reading score I can happily say class 4 have achieved 100%, this is a fantastic achievement and they have made Mr. Trott extremely happy!

We have now finished our English topic of instructions, these were fantastic and it was very clear to see that the children understood how to write a set of instructions. We have also finished our “place value” topic in math’s. The end of unit assessments reflected just how hard the children have been working on this topic and I am very happy with the results.

Homework

The homework for this week links to our English topic. I would like the children to use the 5 senses to describe 3 of setting of their own choice. These have to be real places that the children have either visited or know. This will be due in Tuesday.

I have received some photos of the children reading our book which look amazing but if you are still yet to send a picture my e-mail isĀ trotta@brandesburton.eriding.net.

I will be posting on Twitter every week showing what we have been up to and what peoples work looks like so feel free to have a look.

Many Thanks and have a lovely weekend!
